We are just over a mile - a lovely 20-minute stroll - to the ocean beach, and a short drive to the bay and harbor beaches.Recreation and Activities in or near East Hampton:Enjoy foggy mornings, lazy days, blazing sunsets and starlit nights. Breakfast at The Mill House Inn:Our guests call Gary's menu "The Breakfast" and there are twenty reasons why! Among them: "crayfish & andouille etouffee omelet", "wild salmon & goat cheese pizza", "chicken sausage & wild mushroom hash", "Uncle Shorty's breakfast" & "the bb&t" (not your ordinary breakfast sandwich!).After a leisurely breakfast we can assure you that you won’t be hungry for lunch! If you do get hungry we offer "cookies around the clock" and refreshments in the afternoon. Rates (USD):$200 - $1200 USD: 9.5% Sales & Hotel Tax and 5% Gratuity are additional.Please inquire about corporate event planning and special packages. All rates are double occupancy and include a full breakfast and afternoon snacks. We offer a 15% discount for all stays of 7 days or longer except in High Season. We will gladly accommodate additional guests in an appropriate room for a charge of $100 per night for adults and $50 per night per child. Children Welcome! Year Round Accommodations! Payment: A deposit of 50% of stay, minimum 1st night, required to hold room. Pet & Smoking Policies:Good dogs are welcomed in appropriate rooms with prior notice, at an additional $25 per night.This is a non-smoking facility. Guests smoking in the Inn will be charged an extra night's fee while we return the room to a non-smoking status. Other Information:In season we provide Village & Town Beach Parking Permits and authorize a deposit of $600 on your credit card, which will be released when you return the permits.
